As an Associate Member of CO-LaN (CAPE-OPEN Laboratories Network), Honeywell collaborates actively with the development, support and promotion of CAPE-OPEN Unit Operations and Thermodynamics standards within their UniSim Design Process Simulation offering. Honeywell supports CO-LaN interoperability testing activities by supplying CO-LaN with licences of its software products. Honeywell also supports customers in the deployment of integrated solutions using the CAPE-OPEN standards, involving either customer’s in-house developments or commercial packages.
UniSim Design has benefited from CO-LaN support through the Consultancy Services Scheme in order to re-engineer the CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation socket.
