As per the decision taken by CO-LaN Management Board on December 10, 2020, CO-LaN has signed today a service contract with Michel Pons Technologie SARL (MPT) to cover various technical and administrative tasks in 2021. These include:
- supervision of the maintenance and evolution of CO-LaN software,
- supervision of activities within Special Interest Groups,
- webmaster of CO-LaN website,
- administration of CAPE-OPEN forum,
- editor of the CAPE-OPEN Newsletter,
- organization of the CAPE-OPEN Annual Meetings (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, etc…),
- promotion of CAPE-OPEN in conferences and to member prospects,
- keeping in touch with membership,
- preparing invoices to Members,
- auditing CO-LaN accounting,
- securing external services for the day-to-day operations of CO-LaN,
- reporting monthly to CO-LaN Management Board on actions,
- etc…
Michel PONS acts as Chief Technology Officer of CO-LaN. The contractual arrangements call for a maximum of 720 man-hours supplied by MPT to CO-LaN in 2021. MPT has supplied CO-LaN with similar services since 2005.
