The Thermo SIG met from 10:30 am till 12:30 (Central European Time).
Attendees: Sergej BLAGOV (BASF), Jasper van BATEN (AmsterCHEM), Mark STIJNMAN (Shell Global Solutions) and Michel PONS (CO-LaN).
Outcome: Since Mark STIJNMAN was not part of the previous conference call where the report was developed, a review was conducted with Mark STIJNMAN of the report to be made on Thermo SIG activities at the CAPE-OPEN 2016 Annual Meeting. Version 2 of the report was created. The conference call was then dedicated to the review of the Reaction Package interface specification document. Further progress was achieved on the “Reaction Engineering background” section and especially on the part pertaining to “Chemical Equilibrium”. The focus of the “Reaction Engineering background” section remains to summarize the theoretical concepts which are of relevance to the design of the CAPE-OPEN interfaces addressing reactions. Version 0.67 of the ChemicalReactionsInterfaceSpec was developed and made available to the CO-LaN membership in the repository of the “CAPE-OPEN IDL” project.
