The Methods & Tools Special Interest Group met from 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm Central European Time.

Agenda:

  • Specification of Tests on implementations of ICapeIdentification interface

Participants
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (represented by Bill BARRETT), AmsterCHEM (represented by Jasper van BATEN), Bryan Research & Engineering (represented by Michael HLAVINKA), Michel PONS (contractor to CO-LaN as Chief Technology Officer).

Highlights

Methods & Tools Special Interest Group reviewed the document containing the specification of tests to be performed on implementations of ICapeIdentification.

Modifications were made to the structure and format of the document, following decisions taken previously on how to mention releases of interfaces within Tests, on naming conventions for Test Categories and Tests, and on the determination of secondary objects for each type of Primary CAPE-OPEN objects.

At the end of the meeting, version 0.11 of the document was committed to the repository dedicated to such specifications so that review can be quickly performed by Methods & Tools SIG members. The finalized version needs to be used as reference for implementation of the tests in the CAPE-OPEN Test Suite.

Next meeting of the Methods & Tools Special Interest Group is scheduled for June 13, 2023.
