William BARRETT (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency), Jasper van BATEN (AmsterCHEM), Michael HLAVINKA (BR&E), Mark STIJNMAN (Shell Global Solutions), Michel PONS (CTO)

The document proposing a new persistence mechanism for CAPE-OPEN and to specify / implement it in COBIA was revised according to the comments made by M. PONS earlier. A revised version came out of the conference call and is being circulated to the Methods & Tools SIG before handi,g it out to CO-LaN Managment Board. Then the participants engage into a discussion about the type of threading model that could be proposed for COBIA. Consensus was not reached on the proposal and a subsequent conference call is organized on September 20, 2017 to deal exclusively with this question.
