New representative for BelSim SA

On February 23, 2016, Dr Robert CHARES has been designated by Belsim SA as its new representative within CO-LaN. Since July 2013 Robert is in charge of research and product evloution for VALI at BelSim. He joined Belsim in November 2009 as Marketing Solution Engineer and was next the research manager for VALI.
