ChemSep was awarded funding within the Consultancy Services scheme per a decision taken on December 12, 2013 by CO-LaN Management Board. The project concerns the wrapping of a FORTRAN DLL containing the thermodynamic server developed at ChemSep.The project was delayed at ChemSep’s request: the implementation by AmsterCHEM started in February 2015 with an alpha version released to ChemSep in April 2015. Tests were conducted in May 2015 in various PMEs of interest to ChemSep and the final version was released on line during the 3rd quarter of 2015. CO-LaN funded 80 man-hours of consultancy work by AmsterCHEM in order to complete this project.
A detailed report on the Consultancy Service action was given by ChemSep at the CAPE-OPEN 2015 Annual Meeting, including examples of application of the delivered component for conducting real process studies.
