Development of a tester for a Thermo 1.1 socket component in COM

The CO-Tester Suite automatically exercises external components in order to check their compliance with the published CAPE-OPEN (CO) interface specifications. The Testers are published in source and executable codes on the CO-LaN web site for components providers to download.

This Bid concerns the test of CAPE-OPEN physical properties and thermodynamic sockets in process modelling environments for compliance with 1.1 CO Specification Draft. The CO 1.1 Thermo interface specification is a proposed refactoring of the approved 1.0 CAPE-OPEN Thermo interface. This refactoring makes the specification cleaner and easier to use.

The Thermo 1.1 Tester should be based on the existing COSE 1.0 Tester and should share its look-and-feel and report generation mechanism.

A complementary call for bids is published at the same time for a CO Thermo 1.1 «plug» tester.
