Thomas KOEHLER was Dow representative in CO-LaN and was sitting on CO-LaN Management Board. His new position in Dow as Production Leader in a manufacturing plant is taking him away from modeling and optimization activities he was supervising previously in Dow's Process Engineering Department. Consequently he will be replaced by Isaiah HUANG, a process engineer and specialist for Computer Aided Process Engineering. Isaiah is a member of the Process Development Modeling and Optimization expertise group at Dow and CO-LaN will benefit from his skills in CAPE.

CO-LaN Management Board thanks Thomas for his personal contribution to the progress of CO-LaN over the last year and welcomes Isaiah.
