An hidden behind the scene activity of CO-LaN consists in testing interoperability between Process Modelling Environments (PMEs) and Process Modelling Components (PMCs). This activity supposes the availability for CO-LaN of these software tools. So it is with great satisfaction that CO-LaN welcomes renewal by Invensys Systems, Inc. (ISI) of the free license of PRO/II awarded to CO-LaN.

The license agreement was signed on July 14, 2011 by CO-LaN president and CO-LaN has been able recently to perform interoperability tests with the latest release of PRO/II, version 9.1.

CO-LaN thanks ISI for the opportunity provided to test PRO/II with a variety of PMCs. Ultimately it helps end-users in their experience with the CAPE-OPEN interfaces implemented in PRO/II.
